old style UI in QA Complete 11.5

So when QA Complete 11.5 on prem came out a lot of my users were quite upset with the changes.  I have heard so much grumbling.  The interesting thing is that one user has found a way to restore a older version of the UI to their account.  I can't find out nor can they remember what they did to change the UI format back to the old style so I am hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction so that I can make this option available to all my disgruntled users.

    Hi Scott,

     

    Thank you for your post. You can access the old UI by doing the following:

    Go to Defects > Show Defects > Tools > Traceability

    Thank You Thank You Thank You for posting this the forum.

     

    I have found myself in a situation where there are a ton of 'garbage' folders on our Requirements Page.

    When we try to delete the folder, we get an error.

     

    With this option, we can go back to the old screen and delete all the garbage folders.

      1. A screenshot of an error.

      2. Steps to reproduce the issue.

      3. Also, it would be great if you can provide us with the video which shows the issue.

        I have submitted support ticket 00267755 for the inability to delete or edit folders.
