Test Status as Fail when TestComplete is active or opened

I am facing one issue regarding calling test from QA Complete.   When I call any test from QA Complete. Is it Mandatory to Close the TestComplete ?   Because it is only running when TestComplete ...

Hi Anmol,

 

Yes, TestComplete (TestExecute) should be closed when you run automated tests from QAComplete.
