How to organize dynamic test cases?

In our application, ever client has different values, different workflows. How can I utilize QAComplete to accommodate for a dynamic workflow?

I am looking for a 'best practice' kind of feel to QAComplete, I am seeing all of these very small examples online but until I see one that our application can relate to, the whole concept will continue to boogle my mind.
