FAQ - What can I do with Lists?

The Lists feature is only limited by your imagination! A simple use is a list to track things that are unique to you and not pre-defined within the application.


Examples might be:


1. Knowledge Bases - Keep track of frequently asked questions and solutions to those.

2. Hardware Assets - Tracking PCs, Servers, Warranty Expirations, etc.

3. Release List - Information about each software release

4. Risk Management - List of risks for each release and how to mitigate them.


You can also attach your list to a Custom Field - that way your users can select one of your defined List items for data consistency. You can use Traceability to link a List record to another record.
