FAQ - How to create a Custom Field Choice List

You can create a Custom Field that is based on a specific list of values. Your team members can pick the value from a drop-down choice list.

If your list is short and easy to maintain, create a custom field with a field type of "Choice List (List of Values)", then enter the values in the text box, one per line.

If your list is lengthy or if you want to use the same list of values in other areas, then you'll want to define a List and use "Choice List (Based on another field)". Lists are available in ALMComplete only.
