Copy "Test Sets" from one project to another?

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to copy "TEST SETS" from one project to another. We have standard sets of test sets which need to be run on each module. But, I have to manually create each test sets over and over. There is a way to "clone" test sets within the same project. I want to know if there's a way to move from one project to another. Or else you should have an option to copy the new project which will not just inherit folder structure but also all the test cases and test sets from it. The user should choose what needs to copy other than just folder structure.
