Automation test does not start.

Automation test does not start.

Hi,

 

I installed TestAgent on a VM (hostname: TCW7-02-T1). This VM has TestComplete v11 and TestExecute v11 installed. IN QAComplete, I can select this TestHost when I start the automation test, but the test doesn't start. The test staus is "Awaiting Run". This is the problem with another TestHost too. T attach some pictures...

What's the problem?

Having the same issue and raised a ticket with Support.  My tests ran fine on the last nightly run (and all last week), but show "Awaiting Run" from last night.

Please make sure that the TestAgent service is running on your machine. What version of QAC do you use? 

Do you have issues with a specific test or host?

Please provide Support Team with the following additional information:

1. Is the Test Agent service running on your machine?

2. Collect the TestAgent logs: https://smartbear-cc.force.com/portal/KbArticleViewer?name=How-to-collect-Test-Agent-logs&sp=qacompl...

3. What version of TestAgent do you use? 

4. Is the problematic test host currently online in the Test Hosts tab?
