Having the same issue and raised a ticket with Support. My tests ran fine on the last nightly run (and all last week), but show "Awaiting Run" from last night.

Please provide Support Team with the following additional information:
1. Is the Test Agent service running on your machine?
2. Collect the TestAgent logs: https://smartbear-cc.force.com/portal/KbArticleViewer?name=How-to-collect-Test-Agent-logs&sp=qacomplete
3. What version of TestAgent do you use?
4. Is the problematic test host currently online in the Test Hosts tab?
