I have a bunch of tests from an old instance of Test Director that outputs some formatted fields in html format. I'd like to preserve this formatting in a rich text field in QA Complete (SaaS). Is there an option to do this as it doesn't do it automatically when importing?

Note that you can import only CSV files: Importing and Exporting Tests.
Also, make sure that you have the Rich Text Editor option enabled for Test Steps: https://www.screencast.com/t/kJ5ldcVi
Go to Setup > System Configuration > System Options, check the Test Steps screen check box under the Rich Text Editor section.

Possible workaround - add tests add tests to QAC using SOAP and REST QAC API.
