When I run a (Legacy) Reqs Traceability Matrix report it comes back completely blank?

I select a project where the reqs are linked to the scripts, go to Legacy Reports, select the RTM, set the parameters (or leave as already set), and click on Run. A tab opens and processing appears to take place, then a few seconds later processing ends and all that is displayed is a blank page.
