QAComplete does not the test if TestComplete is open

Hi, 

The scenario is that we are rúnning automated test from QAComplete (which is on SMARTBEAR SAAS Platform) which triggers TestComplete on our virtual machine. We have observed that if the TestComplete is open in the virtual machine the testcomplete does not execute. It only execute the test if the testcomplete is closed. 

Is there any way when we trigger the test from QAComplete the existing instance of TestComplete is closed and open new instance to execute the test.

No, TestComplete should be closed if you want to run the automated test.
