QA Complete - JIRA Connector - Bi-directional defect issue

When using a bi-directional defect interface (using JIRA Scrum)

 

Basically on occasions the Reporter detail that is present in JIRA gets replaced by the Connectors Admin User detail - despite there being a 1-2-1 mapping of JIRA to QAC users in the User Mapping table.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

  • Was this ever resolved.

     

    I experience the same thing. Associating a QAComplete account with JIRA account, but the user applied is the user associated with the connection.

    I cannot reproduce the described issue on my side with new a QAC-Jira integration. I think it's better to open a new support case at: https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=QAComplete.

     

    To help us investigate the issue, please send us screenshots of all QAC-JIRA connector settings screens:
    * Select Projects and Issue Types;
    * QAComplete - JIRA Field Mapping;
    * Map User Accounts;

    * an item in QAC and in Jira. 

     

    Also, provide us with the email address which you use in QAComplete during synchronization.
