Error occurred couldn't get data when trying to create defect from test run

Since new UI changes 11.8 Saas users are reporting errors when trying to raise defects from within a test run.

 

Error occurred "Couldn't get Data" when pressing Create button on pop up to create a defect from a failed test.

 

Has anyone else seen this - any idea whats causing it? and a way around?

    Hello James,

    Thank you for your post. We did experience this issue yesterday and applied a patch yesterday to our production server which addressed this issue. Please have the user(s) log out of QAComplete, clear the browser cache, log back in to QAComplete and let me know whether the user(s) are still experiencing this issue, thank you.

    I have, since your update, received that the issue has been reproduced and a support ticket has been raised.
