Auto generated email is giving wrong URL

Hi,



When the defect is 'Assigned To', an email is generated and it is sent to the assigned to person. The problem that is been faced is, there is a link given in that email and it is taking to some other location.



The production URL and URL in the auto generated email are different.



How to resolve this issue?

    Hi Ananthi -

    This sounds like something our Support Team can help you with.

    When you are looged in to ALMComplete, look up at the top right corner: you'll see a link to Help Center. Click that link, then click Create Support Ticket. The Support Team will need the details of the issue - screen shot of the email that's being generated would be helpful - and they'll be able to help you out.
