When I try to create my first project I see the messgae :

Error loading [http://www.webservicex.net/globalweather.asmx?wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Unexpected element: CDAT

What am I doing wrong? How can I solve it ?
