Is LoadComplete free?

We have purchased a TestComplete license (floating). Does LoadComplete come with it for free or does it need a separate license?

    LoadComplete is a separate tool and requires separate license (https://smartbear.com/product/loadcomplete/pricing/).


    (TestComplete is a tool for the functional UI testing (primarily) while LoadComplete is a tool for http(s) load testing)
