Multiple DataTable formatters for one class

Hi,

Is it possible to have multiple DataTable formatters for one class in multiple step definitions?

For example in 1 step definition is responsible for creating and Author and the other is responsible for updating.

In the end they create the same object but logic is different?

I tried with @DataTable but it seems to be working globally  one created.

When you talk about formatter, what kind of formatter do you have in mind?
