What specifically are you looking for?
I an trying to automate our applications which are behind the firewall.Due to this we do have Login dialog that appears for every applications. Now This Device cloud add on feature not able to handle the Login dialog.
Is this a web application?
What is the source of this Login dialog? The same application or not?
If Login dialog is web-based, you may try to use Live test and use Developer Tools to figure out identification parameters for the elements of this dialog and then write the code that will handle the dialog.

Could you provide more details as for what handling you are expecting?
I hope that you are aware about Secure Tunnel (https://help.crossbrowsertesting.com/sb-tunnel/smartbear-securetunnel-overview/, https://help.crossbrowsertesting.com/sb-tunnel/starting-the-smartbear-securetunnel-app/). Does it work for you?
Login Dialog is similar to the mentioned in the following link.
We already using secure tunnel.
Let me know if you have more questions
So, you are talking about login dialog displayed by the browser, but not web application, right?
In this case you should look for the solution that can be used for Selenium for such situation. For example, include login/password in the URL for the basic authentication. (E.g. driver.get("http://admin:firstname.lastname@example.org/basic_auth");) (The reason for this is that for cross-platform testing Selenium is used to drive the browser and Selenium does not have access to the objects that are not hosted by the tested web page.)
I would also create Support ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form. Hopefully, they will suggest some other approach.
Then no better ideas at the moment except contacting Support...
P.S. If you contact Support and get any result (positive or not) I will appreciate it if you update this thread.
