As a valued member of our SmartBear family, we appreciate the trust you place in us, our people, and our products. Over the past several years, SmartBear has supported customers in the path of hurricanes, wildfires, and other natural disasters. Our products are uniquely designed to help our customers keep up and running while weathering the trials of an evolving world. You can rest assured we are prepared and have contingency plans in place to deal with the range of potential issues that may arise from the coronavirus (COVID-19).

 

SmartBear Technical Support and Operation are operating normally and we expect no disruptions to our products or services. We continue to closely monitor and follow recommended practices around the COVID-19 situation from the CDC, the World Health Organization, and local leaders.

 

Our priority is to continue providing the excellent service you have come to expect, while also taking care of our employees. Thank you for your commitment to us, as we remain committed to you.

SmartBear Software is taking the following precautions:

  • We are utilizing communication and collaboration tools to allow for remote work and maintaining a healthy work environment
  • We have reviewed plans with all employees, tested escalation protocols and disaster recovery plans as part of an emergency drill, in order to ensure we are ready for any eventuality
  • All staff needed to support our production SaaS applications have verified their abilities to work remotely
  • Employees are asked to follow the CDC's top recommendations for stopping the spread of germs, including COVID-19
