Sending email from a test step in SoapUI

Hi,

I am creating a test where one of the steps will be manual. So I would like to send a notification to tester to complete the manual step to continue with the next automated step. Can someone please advise how I can do this? 

BTW, I'm still a newbie in SoapUI:) So I was wondering if I can configure smtp address in the SoapUI that will let test runner to send email notification.
