while reviewers are moving from observer to approver role, existing review approval is getting lost

Good morning,

 

We are using the CodeCollab version : v11.1.11101

 

Today our development team noticed that when reviewers are moving from observer to approver role, the existing review approval is getting lost in CodeCollab review.
any idea if it is the functionality of the CodeCollab or any setting can be configure to avoid lost the existing approval.
