errors: Cannot parse GitHub pull request payload

Hi!


In my instance I'm getting quite a few "com.smartbear.ccollab.datamodel.remotesystem.PrRemoteSystemProcessor - Cannot parse GitHub pull request payload", followed by a new review created that doesn't contain any files. For example:

2018-03-01 12:12:43,032 ERROR http-bio-8443-exec-67190 com.smartbear.ccollab.datamodel.remotesystem.PrRemoteSystemProcessor - Cannot parse GitHub pull request payload
2018-03-01 12:12:43,146 INFO http-bio-8443-exec-67165 com.smartbear.ccollab.datamodel.Engine - review created: Review #196384



Does anyone know what is going on in that situation?

    Hi,

     

    I found out that you have submitted a support case regarding this issue. There was a couple of cycles of communication, so I recommend that you continue working on the issue there.
