Unable to connect CC client to server

I'm trying to connect with my Code Collaborator Client GUI, and I'm getting the following error when I try to validate my SCM config:



"Error: Could not create valid Subversion configuration based on configured repository url: svn: '.' is not a working copy"



I have entered a valid Repository URL, which I know has worked in the past.  What am I missing?
