Unable to add a custom field for the review

Hi,

 

I'm unable to create a custom fields for the review custom fields, because the "Save" button is disabled. I'm using a trial version of the team edition. I only have the default "Overview" field. So, I think I should be able to add another one. Am I right?

      Hi,

       

      It says that the Team edition supports 2 fields for "Review Custom fields", but I only have one, "Overview"

       

       

      For the "Defect Custom fields", it shows that I've reached the maximum number of custom fields:
