Small feature request: define start point in file for review

Question

I've been using CC for ages but it just occurred to me that the first diff in a file isn't necessarily where I'd want people to start reviewing the changes I've made. I have just worked round this by putting "Go to line <where the main changes are>" as a comment on the first diff (which happens to be just housekeeping - updating the copyright date) but I think it would be better to be able to specify the line at which the diff opens.
