Rejected Review is still overdue

Hi,   A Review has been rejected without accepting the comments. Now, it is still showing it as overdue in the Dashboard. Can you please help us fix this problem.   Warm Regards, Rajeswari

    Hi,

     

    According to an appropriate Customer Care case, the issue was related to improper filter criteria.
