Please update on this one.

In the latest Collaborator versions, you can restrict access to the review creation feature by using the "Allow Review Creation to - Group members only" option.
As a result, a user who doesn't belong to any of your groups can't create a review.
If you want to restrict access to the existing reviews content, you can use "Restrict access to review - Participants or Group based".
As a result, a user who doesn't participate in the review or doesn't belong to the respective group can't access the review.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. We are already aware of the options suggested. Actually. the expectation is, Users should have access to Reviews and Groups. But, the users should only view the fields, participants and documents. But no changes can be made in these. So Could you please suggest any other solution apart from the Admin settings.
Thanks and Regards,
Avinash

Hi Avinash,
I regret to say that there's nothing else we can offer right now. This may become a good enhancement request, so I'll appreciate if you submit it here:
