Having issues uploading a code review via perforce on to Code Collab

I am trying to add my code to codecollab for review, but Perforce is showing me an error:

Reason: 

Unexpected output on stderr starting with:

Password invalid.

I've already configured it properly, and on some occasions I can use the SmartBear - Add to review option,

and suddenly it has stopped working again.
