Error while installing codereviewer(ccollab_server_9_3_9300) on Windows 7 x64

When trying to install Codereviewer(collab server 9300) with default options, getting errror. Once it happens, I even cannot login with admin username and password=blank.

    Hello,

     

    Please make sure you install the instance form the scratch, not upgrade the current one. Usually it happens when you try to upgrade very old versions of Collaborator (5.*, 6.*) to the latest 9.*
