Doubt in Participants state in Collaborator

Hi Team, Please consider the below scenario: An Author A1, Reviewer R1 and a Reviewer R2 participate in a review. A1 uploads the document and sends the review to Inspection phase. R1 reviews and put some defects and sends the document to Rework, his participant's state is "Sent to Rework". Author re-uploads the new version of the document and sends again to Inspection phase. Reviewer R2 checks and fixes the defects and completes the review. R2 state is now "Approved" and R1 state is now "Sent to Rework". But the review is in completed stage. The Sent to Rework looks ambiguos in a completed review. Is this a defect???? Thanks and Regards, Avinash
