Default view of new file with changes

Collaborator v11.2, Git SCM, Diff Viewer Default set to "All Changes"

Normally when a file is new the diff view shows all lines added.

If the file was also modified within the review (one commit added it, another modified it) then the diff view shows the deltas instead of showing it as all new. This can be very misleading to a reviewer who is expecting to see all the changes and thinks the file has had only small changes when it is in fact an all-new file.

Does anyone know of a way around this? or if perhaps it was fixed in a later build?

Thanks
