Hello,
Please create a support ticket for this issue and attach a debug log file to it. To create the debugging log, follow the steps below:
- Open the GUI client.
- Select “Help -> Capture debugging Log”.
This should bring up the “Debug Log” window. - With this window still open, reproduce the issue.
- \Once the issue persists, click “OK”, save the log file, and upload it to the newly created ticket.
