Collaborator Client Software 10.1 compatible with Windows 10?

Is Collaborator Client Software 10.1 compatible with Windows 10?

    Hello Alexey,

     

    We have Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit, build 10240 here, and Java version 8 Update 21 (build 1.8.0_121-b13). Collaborator Client 10.1

    So, it looks like it should be compatible, but Collaborator Client is not starting at all. When we start it, it does not create any tray icon and we cannot see it in a process list. I see it in a task manager for a moment, then it disappears. The same configuration works fine on another machine.

     

    Is there any way to get some detailed error message to figure out what's wrong?
