Cannot Start ccollab-server service.

Hi All,

initially we got "jdbc is not bound in this Context" error when trying to log in to the cc site. we changed the dependency to mysql thinking we are using mysql db then changed it back to mssql and restarted the machine. now we get "Error 1075: the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion" when we try to manually start the service.



any idea how to fix this?

    Hello, this is Greg from CC Support.



    Is it possible for you to send your server logs to us at support@smartbear.com?



    To get the server log, go to the "System" link at the bottom on the page (you might have to be an administrator to see that).



    In the "Server Backup/Debugging Dump" box at the top of the page, select the following settings:



    "Server Logs" => "Include Server Logs"

    "File Contents" => "No file content"

    "Which Data" => "System configuration only - no review data"



    Then click on the "Download Dump File" button.  Send me the resulting zip file.
