Can you mark sections of code as "do not review"

If I have a file with many changes and most are minor and do not require any review (format changes, etc.), is there a way to mark these changes in some way that the reviewer would pass over these sections when navigating through changes in the file?

    There is nothing explicit, but you can always leave a comment to that effect.

    This would be a useful feature. If a file under review was very large then it would be possible to blank out sections of a file and focus on only those sections. e.g. Review from line 625 to 1059.
