Upgrade the code collaborator from 7.1 to 7.3.7303

I am having trouble updating the code collaborator software from 7.1 to 7.3. I am getting the error.






[root@aussmartbeartc02 tmp]# ./ccollab_server_7_3_7303_unix.sh



gunzip: sfx_archive.tar.gz: not in gzip format



I am sorry, but the installer file seems to be corrupted.

If you downloaded that file please try it again. If you

transfer that file with ftp please make sure that you are

using binary mode.

    This turned out to be an issue in the customer's network blocking the proper download of the installer file.



    If you run into this error, check locally with your IT staff for any proxies, firewalls or anti-virus software that could be blocking the dowload.
