Isn't the size of the Collaborator Client 12.4 installation kit too large ?

The  Collaborator Client installation kit ccollab_client_12_4_12400_windows_x64.exe is about  343 MB

After installation, the size of the installation folder is only about 193 MB

The size of the .smartbear user profile is only about 1.8 MB

Isn't the size of the Collaborator Client 12.4 installation kit too large ? 

I would like to download the minimum possible size.
