Annotating Attached Word Docs

We have a new version of SB Collaborator.  The previous version allowed us to attach a doc and view/edit the doc in the SB Web GUI.  Now when the reviewer clicks the attached doc it opens the document in Word (outside of the Web GUI).  It's no longer imbedded in the Web GUI so we are unable to add comments to the attached doc as we did previously.  Is there something we are not doing correctly?

Make sure the file type of the document is *not* listed as a binary file type:
