Like line numbers, Pin references should be hotlinks

Line numbers entered in a comment or defect become links. Likewise, pin references should become links, so when I enter "Pin 25" in a comment, if Pin 25 exists, that should become a hot link to the pin. In document reviews with many comments it becomes very difficult to locate a referenced pin.
