GitLab Support

Code Collaborator has support for GitHub. Ideally, this would also be available and documented for GitLab.

There is some overlap between the code review in code collaborator and the pull request process. This causes additional work to use code collaborator. This opens up discussion to moving all code reviews to the code read facilities within the GitLab server to streamline the processes.

Release 11.0.11000 added support for this, albeit buggy in a number of key areas.

We are planning on using GitLab Geo to have a geographically remote secondary instance of some of our repositories.  What I'm wondering is will we be able to integrate an instance of Code Collaborator with the secondary remote GitLab instance or will we have to use the primary GitLab instance?  Anybody try this scenario yet?
