would it be possible to add the ability to add comments to a checklist item per reviewer when that item is checked

This would be a great feature.
We need the ability to add a justification / link to an external document, etc, when a checklist item is ticked off.
Looks like currently we would need to add this in the chat, or raise a general bug with the same name as a checklist item and comment in there.
