Live Test Android device does not display location prompt

Hi,

I am using the Live Test on Android to test the location prompts on my app. However, after installation, the location prompt never shows up and proceeds straight to the app. 
I've installed my app on a real physical device and the location prompt has appeared, but it won't in BitBar's Live Test. Has any one else experienced this?

I am registered to the the public cloud pricing tier so I don't have access to Settings, though I believe this should not affect the location prompt.
