SSO and AlertSite Users

    It is now possible to use Secure Sign On with AlertSite and your SSO provider. It is not possible, however, to create new AlertSite users through your SSO provider. AlertSite users must still be created in the AlertSite Dashboard manually as a co-admin or other user, in order to allow SSO login from your provider for that user. The email addresses used to login must match as well for SSO to work with AlertSite.

 

    It is possible to restrict access to SSO only for users. Console access is still be provided to co-admins and the main admin from alertsite.com/login, even when this access is denied to other users. When regular logins are allowed as well as SSO, users can login either through the regular console login page or through your SSO provider.
