Why is the vulnerability scanning not working again for the second time in 3 months?

For the second time in 3 months, our security device which is scheduled for a weekly vulnerability scan is not being scanned. SmartBear acknowledges the problem but has not fixed it. AND AGAIN, SECOND TIME IN 3 MONTHS!

 

Any body else experiencing this problem?

    Sorry for the late reply on this one.  Full vulnerability scan was restored and we've taken measures to prevent any future issues.

      Pretty weak words from a vendor that is doing security scanning and monitoring.

       

      Plus an apparently DNS problem that then prevented the scanning from finding my host.

        And so now what is the excuse? Our weekly vulnerability scan DID NOT RUN AGAIN.
