Is there a way to prevent the Setup page appearing in Visual Studio when AQTime is not in use?

Sorry if this is a newbie question.... I'm running AQTime inside the Visual Studio IDE. When I'm not using AQTime and have it disabled (Toggle Panels is not enabled, and Enable profiling is not enabled or anything else in the AQtime menu) every now and then the Setup window appears and comes to the front. This can happen when staring a build/compile or when launching the executable. In either case it happen intermittently (once out of five to ten times).

I've looked at the settings in Tools --> Options... ->AQtime but not found any setting that should affect this behavior.
