Virtualization Help

Hello,

I'm running into a problem when attempting to record a live service. I've entered the URL for the live service correctly, and am able to record traffic, but for some reason all I'm getting is a 500 error. I've tried checking to make sure the URL is right, I've checked the logs and haven't seen anything out of the ordinary, I've switched ports, but still nothing.

 

Any ideas or thoughts?

    Hello, 
    Could you expand on when the 500 error occurs? Is it when you are pinging the virtual service it will only produce a 500 error?

      We found what was happening on our end and are no longer receiving the 500 error.
