JDBC and ServiceV

The organization I work for would like to start using ServiceV to test our web APIs. In regards to JDBC, does ServiceV allow testers/developers to create databases to use with ServiceV, or is the creation of JDBC virtual services to simulate resposonses to queries the path to go? We will only need uses cases for read-only (GET) cases.

Re: JDBC and ServiceV

Hi,

I work for a massive government department (cannot name for obv reasons), using serviceV for create virtualised APIs. Yes, it does allow JDBC connections and multiple. I am currently using an oracle db with serviceV, it works great. You can have custom queries to GET data from db or even use "query builder" if you don't want to write sql queries to fetch data. The data from the db can then be used in the responses.

I hope it helps
