Failed to read the configuration file

I have installed the VirtServer 3.1.0 version on CentOS 7. I have an error message when I run the virtserver.sh.


# ./virtserver.sh

ERROR [2020-03-30 15:16:39,596] com.smartbear.virtserver.VirtServer: Failed to read the configuration file.

ERROR [2020-03-30 15:16:39,616] com.smartbear.virtserver.VirtServer: UNEXPECTED ERROR:

! java.lang.NullPointerException: null

! at com.smartbear.virtserver.db.RunnableDbMigrateCommand.run(RunnableDbMigrateCommand.java:36)! at com.smartbear.virtserver.VirtServer.<init>(VirtServer.java:196)

! at com.smartbear.virtserver.VirtServer.main(VirtServer.java:158)

ERROR [2020-03-30 15:16:39,618] com.smartbear.virtserver.VirtServer: Could not start the Server, shutting the JVM down

Have you seen this error?

    Hi leevincent , are you still facing an issue? I did a bit of an investigation and my advice would be that you raise a support ticket. This issue requires out Support Team's assistance.
