comparing collection of elements with a jdbc datasource

We observe quite a few responses in our webservices that look something like


    USA

    Canada

    Mexico
......

As a tester I want to make sure that all locale name are returned by the web service. This would mean that I have to place an assertion on each name element. Alternative would be to write some groovy script that does cool comparison.

It would be nice to have a feature where maybe you can create a collection of some specified element in the response and then do a comparison against jdbc/grid/etc
