When I try to create a test step in REST project, I get error message: "Missing Methods in Project"

Question

Hello,I am new to SoapUI. I created a REST project - 1 Test Suite (TestSuite1) - 1 Test Case (TestCase1) - 2 Test Steps as shown in the attached pic (MissingMethodsinProject-1.png). Now, when I try to create a new test step under TestCase1 (3rd test step) using option "Add Step" -&gt; "REST Request", I get the following error message: "Error: Missing REST Methods in Project"&nbsp;I try running the other two steps (one is POST and the other GET) and they run successfully. I am not sure what/which methods are missing. I have also attached the error message pic (MissingMethodsinProject-2.png). Please help.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Thank you for your post. You have two test steps of the HTTP request type which can send an arbitrary HTTP Request over HTTP or HTTPS:&nbsp;https://www.soapui.org/functional-testing/working-with-teststeps.html
The REST Request test steps are tied to a corresponding REST Service, Resource and Method in the containing soapUI Project. Please see the following article for details:&nbsp;REST Resources and Methods.
